Mr. Matthew Nolan, Partner of the law firm of ArentFox Schiff LLP (Washington, DC) has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of World Partnerships, Inc. since 2014.

Matt’s law practice has taken him around the world, and he brings a strong international background to World Partnerships. Through his global experience, he shares our collective commitment to excellence in “citizen diplomacy” for the US Department of State IVLP, and to maintaining and expanding the exchange through ongoing engagement with our 7,000+ “New Generation” alumni leaders.
